Please review the following policy regarding made-to-order items, returns, and refunds.
1. Made-to-Order Items
- All products are made to order and produced after a purchase is placed. Because of the made-to-order nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing our ceramics. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of the recorded delivery time at comma.etc.official@gmail.com.
Please include clear photos of the product and the packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including the original shipping cost immediately.
3. Handmade Nature

Each piece is carefully finished by hand. Slight variations in form, surface, glaze, and translucency are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects. These variations reflect the unique nature of each object.
4. Refund Process
- If a refund is approved due to damage or defect, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the claim has been reviewed and approved.
